You may air as many pictures as you wish in 45 seconds. The fewer pictures the longer each scene will be.

Each scene will have motion, pan and scan added as well as your contact information and picture.

An opening and closing scene with details (your choice) is included.

Audio voice over is added (your script) and underscored.

Production costs included. (See Options Below) Agent/Seller to provide home photos agent photo, company logo and description of home.

Updates during the month; Banner (Sold/In Escrow/Reduced) Graphic only, Free. Note Must be submitted by Tuesday to make the upcoming Friday show.

Replacement. If you contracted for a mulit-month insertion and the home sells, you may replace it with another basic production at no cost. Any Options will be at the same cost as a new original production
